While the mindset started at resorts, real life happens closer to home.
We live in Rhode Island — the Ocean State — where beach days are part of everyday life in the warmer months. Weekends mean packing up the car, loading the chairs, and heading to the shore with our kids. Those are the days where you bring your own towel, your own bag, your own gear — and that's where we kept running into the same frustrations.
Towels that felt rough after a few washes. Bags with zippers that jammed after one season. Drinkware that didn't keep drinks cold for long afternoons in the sun. Accessories that looked good online but didn't hold up in real use.
We were tired of buying things for our best days that didn't feel like they belonged there.
